I used them for two articles while preparing for my EB-1A petition. I had put this part off for months. My work is hard to explain to people outside my industry, and I was particular about how they represented my role versus the rest of my team. The final articles did a good job of showing off my work which I was proud of. You do need to put some effort into what you provide them though.

I compared a couple of options and chose Promo Panda. Even though they don't tell you where they'll place you before you start, in my case since I had so little material I went for it anyway. I was hoping that having some stuff about me out there would help me get more opportunities on my own. They misunderstood my job title and role initially but I was able to correct that. Everything was delivered on time.
